Tier 1 — Currently Earnable (Get Them While You Can)
TwitchCon 2026 Europe: Row Houses Added February 26, 2026. Over 56,000 holders within the first week of availability. Earned by purchasing a 1-day ticket to TwitchCon Europe 2026. Tickets are not yet formally on general sale, which makes the 56,000 holder count early but already significant. This will be one of the more common TwitchCon badges once ticket sales fully open to the public.

TwitchCon 2026 Europe: Windmill Added February 27, 2026. Tied to a 2-day ticket purchase. Had fewer early claimants than Row Houses, consistent with the expectation that 2-day ticket buyers represent a smaller segment of the total purchaser pool. Was briefly removed on March 3 before returning.

Tier 2 — Recent Events, Windows Now Closed
TwitchCon 2025 Rotterdam Earned by purchasing a ticket for the 2025 European event. The referral system introduced a separate "Bleed Purple" badge after referring 10 ticket purchases, adding a second badge opportunity beyond the base ticket badge. Claimant count is in the thousands but exact tracking varies by source. The referral badge is almost certainly rarer than the standard attendee badge.
TwitchCon 2025 North America (San Diego) Returned to the San Diego Convention Center in October 2025. Earned by ticket purchase, consistent with recent North American event conventions. No physical attendance required.
TwitchCon 2024 Rotterdam The first TwitchCon Europe held at Rotterdam Ahoy drew over 11,500 in-person attendees. Over 100,000+ people held the badge by the time the window closed, including remote ticket purchasers who did not attend in person.

The platform was smaller, the badge community was not yet organized the way it is today, and the earn criteria were less broadly communicated.
TwitchCon 2022 San Diego This event in October 2022 required face coverings and COVID-19 protocols, which added an unusual barrier context. User count shows near zero in some tracking sources, which may reflect a logging issue, a specific eligibility threshold, or both. Worth watching in the badge archive for updated counts.
TwitchCon 2022 Amsterdam Zero users in tracking databases. TwitchCon 2019 Berlin The very first European TwitchCon. Zero users in tracking databases. TwitchCon Europe launched in 2019 with its inaugural Berlin event, but badge tracking systems at the time were rudimentary at best. Whether anyone actually holds this badge in their collection is an open question in the badge community.
TwitchCon 2017 Long Beach Required on-site registration and check-in at the physical event. No remote claim path. The user count in tracking systems lands near zero, reflecting a combination of on-site-only earn requirements and the smaller Twitch user base of 2017. For anyone who was not in Long Beach, California at TwitchCon in 2017, this badge is gone.

The Badges Not Listed Here: 2015 and 2016
The original TwitchCon was held in San Francisco in 2015. The 2016 event moved to San Diego. Both predate the global badge system as it exists today, and neither event appears to have produced a global badge in the current tracking record. Whether any badge was issued for those events and later removed from the system entirely, or whether 2017 Long Beach was simply the first TwitchCon badge, is one of the unresolved questions in the badge archive's historical record.
If 2015 or 2016 badges existed and were removed, they would represent the absolute oldest and rarest Twitch global badges in existence. The tracking evidence does not definitively confirm this either way.

For collectors, the lesson is consistent: the badges available right now are the easiest ones that will ever be available. Every year that passes makes the current set relatively rarer than the future will make them. The Row Houses and Windmill badges for 2026 will not get easier to earn after May 31.
